		<description><![CDATA[Both were good, but I have to say the persimmon/cranberry was better. for both, the meat shredded easily, and the sweet sauce was the perfect seasoning. this was so easy to make and provided a big pile of meat that lasted many days. used up the last of it today, refried till crispy and then scrambled with six eggs and cheese.]]></description>
